- **Data Synchronization (Batch Data Processing) ** — Optimove syncs customer and transactional data from GiG’s platform using SQL connectivity or GIG Broker. The data includes detailed customer information such as player activity, transaction data, game interactions, sports bets, payments, and sweepstake transactions. The data ensures operators always have access to the latest player insights for highly targeted marketing campaigns. 
- **Events Streaming** — Capture player actions (e.g., Game close, Game launch, Game session, Deposit, Withdrawal, Withdrawal cancellation), to enable timely and personalized engagements. Note: Supported only for LogicX clients. 
- **Bonusing System – Promotional Integration ** — Player Tagging - Automatically synchronize player tags across GiG and Optimove, and tag players directly within GiG's Bonus Engine. Tags are synchronized between GiG and Optimove on an hourly basis, enabling you to utilize tags for effective campaign execution.   Recommendation: To ensure predictable campaign execution, it is advised to use only one tag per action, otherwise Optimove will attempt to tag the player with each selected tag, and randomly decide whether to send the campaign based on the tagging result. 
- **Bonusing System – Promotional Integration ** — Scheduled Campaign Execution - Leverage Optimove’s advanced segmentation and campaign orchestration to schedule targeted campaigns that align with your customer segments and tags. Ensure that players tagged in GIG’s Bonus Engine are eligible to receive the campaign. Utilize Conditional Execution in scheduled campaigns to ensure precise, consistent, and effective promotion management.
