Airship and Optimove
The integration of Airship and Optimove enables easy planning and execution of real-time in-app campaigns and scheduled push notifications, based on advanced customer segmentation and orchestration capabilities available in Optimove. The integration requires integrating Optimove Mobile SDK and Airship SDK and configuring the Optimove Customer Portal. Triggered in-app campaigns can be set up in Optimove, and Airship templates can be selected for the campaign. Optimove will trigger in-app messages via Airship when the defined trigger activities are performed. The integration can also be used to upload target groups from Optimove to Airship and use them as audiences for push notification campaigns. Control groups and A/B/n multichannel campaigns are supported, and the campaign can be set up in Airship by choosing the relevant Optimove target group.
